Pay Water

The City's Public Works Department is contracted to ClearWater Solutions, LLC. and under the supervision of Chad Jordan. Public Works is divided into two divisions: Streets and Water/Sewer.

Monday - Friday   8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
3305 Gautier Vancleave Rd.
Gautier, MS 39553
228-497-2276

STREETS DIVISION
Limb and Yard Debris Removal
The City of Gautier contracts with Waste Pro to pick-up household garbage, rubbish, and yard debris. Garbage, yard debris, and recyclables are collected weekly at the curb on the same day. Leaves and yard debris should be bagged, and limbs should be piled.
Service and Maintenance of Traffic Lights & Signs
Residents are welcome to call the office and report a traffic light out or a damaged/missing sign.
Overlaying/Paving of City Streets
A schedule of all streets needing overlaying or maintenance is submitted each year for approval. These are selected based on traffic volume, condition of surface, and street classification.
Street Patching and Pot Hole Patrol
All employees of the Streets Division are on the lookout for potholes and patching streets throughout the city. Citizens are welcome to call the office and report potholes and areas that may need patching.
Rubbish Disposal & Recycling Service
Rubbish disposal, available at Waste Pro on Beasley Road, is free for the citizens of Gautier. Debris pickup from your home is now being picked up by Waste Pro on a weekly basis, along with household garbage.

WATER & SEWER DIVISION
Water Leaks
The Water Division maintains all water distribution systems in the City. There are sometimes extenuating circumstances that cause this division to prioritize leaks by urgency. (Ex: a major break of a main line that could cause City residents to be without water for an extended period of time would take precedence over a small leak in the street not affecting the public.)
Installation of New Water Service (no existing service)
Residents who request new water or sewer service will need to complete an application for new service at the Public Works Office.
Sewer Maintenance
The Sewer Division maintains the sewer lines for residents of the City. Any sewer odors or problems may be directed to the Utility Department at 228-497-2276.
